These folks cancelled my policy after a month due to a ticket years ago. While i understand about tickets, the agent, Emily, who first reached out to me at the beginning of the month should have properly explained this issue so I can get my $376 back and move on. Instead she kept calling about the beacon and a certificate. She (not Tony because he was clueless every time I called, but Karin) waited until last night to tell me my policy is cancelled at the end of Februaryβ¦ a day awayβ¦..
State Farm are definitely not good neighbors, just greedy folks who fail to communicate properly.
